Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to for a full refundaccording to the Distant Sale Agreement that you have concluded. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 (fourteen) days of the date that item/items are delivered to and received by the customer. All items to be delivered shall be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Otherwise, items that are not in new and unused condition will not be subject to this Return Policy.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

  • Opened or Used
  • Missing their serial number or UPC
  • Returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Returned without notification

New and unused condition herein means that there should not be any cracks, scratches, or any indications of usage on the item/items purchased from Inofab Sağlık Teknolojileri A.Ş.

RETURN PROCESS

Process of performing returns is as follows:

  1. Please email customer service at support@inofab.health to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Mail your return to the following address:

Please be sure to follow all return shipping instructions that are included with your RMA and/or Distant Sale Agreement. In case any conflict between this Return Policy and Distant Sale Agreement, the provisions of Distant Sale Agreement will prevail. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Inofab Sağlık Teknolojileri A.Ş. reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return within a reasonable time. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons:

  • Spiroway Reusable Mouthpiece
  • Spiroway Disposible Mouthpiece
